BUET Admission Process For  2017-18 Academic Year

• BUET admission test held by two different steps. There are two steps to participate in the admission test examination.
• First step is for qualifying to participate on admission test, where academic results and certificates are main testing subjects.
• After looking and verifying SSC and HSC results GPA without 4 subjects GPA, then the BUET authority will select 12000 students for admission test as well based on their merit list. In that case till 8500th students also can participate in the admission test over their eligible equal academic results.

Eligibility GPA For BUET Admission Test 2017

•  Applicants has to pass HSC in 2017 only.
•  Applicants need minimum 4.00 GPA SSC and HSC examination certificates.
•  Applicant need individual GPA for a few subjects in both SSC and HSC examination. Subjects wise GPA need, Math=5.00, Chemistry=5.00, Physics=5.00, English=4.00 GPA and Bangla=4.00 GPA must needed to apply for making the admission test chance.

There is avails B.Sc. Engineering, BURP and B. Arch courses of five respective faculties. BUET had 1030 seats in 2017 and they have 3 seats in Engineering and a seat in Architecture are reserved for the candidates off Chittagong Hill Tracts and other Tribal Areas of Bangladeshi society.
